Our rapidly expanding, private outpatient mental health group is looking for Full-time Licensed Counselor (LCPC), Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for our clinic office in North Las Vegas. Must possess a Master’s Degree and licensed or licensed eligible in their respective discipline in the State of Nevada. We are looking for that gifted person who is optimistic, independent-minded, self-confident, with a positive sense of humor. If you possess good communication and active listening skills, an ability to calmly resolve conflict, are adaptive, warm, nurturing and have a commitment to making a difference with others then you are the person for our team.

All aspects of the business that are usually draining and time-consuming for the clinician are run by the administration including:
Marketing and advertising, patient referrals, billing, collections, insurance work, etc.
Compensation is based at or above industry norms– but can be significantly above psychotherapist average. This is a very challenging and rewarding position within an established, quality oriented mental health group of over 25 practitioners.
